Conference Information
The 2027 UMHC Conference will take place on the St. Paul campus of the University of St. Thomas, located at 2115 Summit Ave, St. Paul, MN 55105. The conference theme is "Honors for the Common Good".

- They can accommodate vans and buses on-site with advanced notice. Parking for buses/vans is complimentary.
- Standard parking fee for guest vehicles is $12 per vehicle, per day, in the surface parking lot.
Registration Information:
Please use this link to register for the 2027 UMHC Annual Conference. This year, the registration fee will be reduced by more than 35% to only $50 per registrant. To be eligible for this reduced conference registration rate, your campus must be a current dues-paying member of UMHC. Once you are registered, you will receive an email with instructions about submitting proposals for general sessions, oral presentations, roundtable discussions, student poster sessions, and the three minute thesis presentation.
Travel Assistance - not available for the 2027 conference
Submission deadline is March 1.
In the spring of 2022, the Upper Midwest Honors Council voted to make available limited funding to aid schools in offsetting travel costs associated with the annual conference each spring. Applications will be evaluated by members of the Executive Board and funding is capped at $250 per institution.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning Jan. 31st based on the following criteria:
1. Size of available honors budget/funding
2. Distance from your institution to the host site
3. Number of students benefited from the award
